About Us

Roger Cooley and his family have built a long line of family trust within their community from the work they had done on the farm. Their farm was started by Roger’s grandfather Lucius Cooley in 1940 while his uncle was in WWII. As a family, they had always been in the repair business by doing the required day to day tasks to keep the farm operating, something his father instilled in him – a daily team building exercise in itself. The farm is now gone but the memories of what has taken place on this land and the way of life remains.

The urban sprawl had taken over, but the integrity and workmanship that was built into the heart of Roger Cooley which has carried over into his daily duty’s of today, is still going strong. Roger has always been very punctual. He will show up when he says he will and take care of the job, while keeping customers informed throughout the whole process. Since Rogers Bachelor of Science Degree is in aviation, he tries to keep his passion for flying alive by taking aerial shots and surveys of past, present and future projects and welcomes the opportunity for new projects involving this process.

Roger’s son Benjamin is now an integral part of the business. He applies the same level of integrity to his day-to-day work that the business has built itself upon since 1940.
