R. Cooley Enterprises is a small, family-owned excavation company serving the Streetsboro, Ravenna and surrounding Northeast Ohio areas. We take pride in delivering quality work with a personal touch. As our business grows, we’re looking to add reliable and experienced team members to help us continue that tradition.
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a qualified Laborer / Operator for part-time work, with the potential to transition into a full-time role. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the excavation and construction field and be comfortable working in a variety of outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in general excavation and laborer duties
  • Operate machinery and equipment as needed
  • Follow safety guidelines and protocols
  • Work collaboratively with the team to complete projects on time

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in excavation and/or construction
  • Clean driver’s license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Willingness to take direction and adapt to varying job demands
